St. Andrew's Quilters
A 30 Year Success Story
The quilters have been gathering since 1977 for fellowship
and the making of fine quilts. One third of the money raised is
donated to the church for various uses such as furnishing the
parlour, kitchenware for the parlour kitchen, utilities, as well as
plants and shrubs around the church. One third is donated to local
missionary uses such as The door Youth Centre. The
remaining third is left to the discretion of the quilters.
Over these thirty years members have obviously enjoyed this
"ladies-day-out" and have made a significant contribution to the
church, the community and this success story.
New members are always welcome. The group meets Tuesday
mornings in the Parlour. Please contact the church office
